With over 10 years of manufacturing custom made filters in our US factory for aerospace, cleanrooms, and the medical field, we offer outstanding value over the standard replacement filter options from the manufacture.

Exclusively using certified medical grade antimicrobial media in all of our HEPA filters, our filters offer excellent filtration of ultrafine particles, and tested to remove at least 99.97% of all particles 0.3 microns and larger. By using aircraft grade aluminum grade frames, our filters can offer a leak proof fit within your sealed air purifier that meets or exceeds that of the original filter. Unlike the cheaper plastic and cardboard frames used in some manufactures HEPA filters, you never have to worry about off-gassing chemicals and odors from plastics or air bypassing your filter due to the inherently poor seal associated with paper filter frames.

We use the high grade carbon blended with zeolite and potassium promoting to remove odors and absorb and neutralize dangerous chemical vapors and VOCs such as formaldehyde. While some manufactures provide just a few grams of carbon dust in their filters, we use several kilograms in our odor and chemical filters.

Our factory’s customer list includes many airlines, hospitals, cleanrooms, US and other foreign government agencies. We proudly made the HEPA filters used on the US Space Shuttle, meeting NASA strict quality control and performance requirements.
